Q: Infant in NICU r/t premature birth. Parents live 50 miles from hospital
and do not have resources to travel to and from on a daily basis. Can
CPS take child away for parents not being up at the hospital enough?

filing indeed. If the Hospital has threatened (or even implied) a call
